The first of our aspirational pillars. We see Real Estate in a place like Macahuite through the lens of responsibility. The best way to preserve it is to let it inspire the Awe that captured our imagination in the first place.
Our land
We are responsible for 86 hectares of beautiful land that will host a residential community in less than 4% of its surface. The rest will be conserved and restored.
16 ha of Pristine natural lagoon, home to dozens of bird, reptile, anfibious, fish and mammal species. Thousands of plants and insect species.
